The crew lead walks every room with you and confirms the inventory against your quote before anything moves.

Wrap & pad
Furniture gets blanketed and shrink-wrapped in place. Floors and door frames get runners and guards.
3Load
Everything is tagged and loaded in reverse order, so the first thing off the truck is the thing you need first.
4Place
We put it where you want it, reassemble what we took apart, and haul the wrap away with us.

Before you book.
How is the price set?
Off your inventory, your access at both ends, and your date. We quote a flat number and hold it. If you add items after the quote we'll re-price before move day — never on move day.
Do you need a deposit?
No. Your date is held when you confirm, and payment is due after the walkthrough at your new place.
My building needs a certificate of insurance.
Nearly every condo in South Florida does. Send us the management company's requirements and we issue the COI directly to them, usually the same day.
What if something gets damaged?
We're licensed and insured under USDOT 3756000, and every job includes basic valuation coverage. Full-value protection is available — ask and we'll put the cost on your quote in writing.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks for a weekday, longer for the end of the month and anything in season. Last-minute moves are often possible — call and ask.
Do you only do local moves?
No — we move to 48 states and have for 20+ years. This page is for local moves inside South Florida; call us for anything long-distance.
